Statement
I’m a freelance photographer based in Ann Arbor, MI that specializes in fine art prints and promotional photography. Much of my work is based in the Metro Detroit area. There’s something unusually fascinating in looking at urban decay, and (unfortunately) there seems to be no end of it in Metro Detroit. These old and (now usually) abandoned structures herald back to a time when this area commanded the attention of the world. Where others see rubble, I see a story waiting to be told. Those stories are what I attempt to capture with each click of my camera.
My commercial work has been featured in promotional items for the company 2NRCARZ, in the 2010 Comerica Bank corporate calendar, and the automotive review blog Melted Rubber.
